Grey skies, nothing but grey skies ....... nearly got blown away today with extremely strong winds. Waves were huge crashing to the beach. So loud we could easily hear from home.
Thursday is Bowls day and we went as usual. Numbers are picking up and 5/6 mats were full. Absence does not improve your skills whatsoever and with Lillian and I drawn in the same team defeat loomed. A slight improvement on second game but again a defeat. The only thing consistent with my game was the rubbish I bowled. This looks to be a simple game yet we are still a long way to mastering it! On the bright side is people are very friendly, games are played in good spirit with plenty of laughs and nobody really cares if they win or lose (except me LOL).
Once back home for lunch it was back out for weekly shopping trip into Larnaca and that was about it for the day. Too windy to even patrol the garden.
An evening in with the start of Prison Break series 4 - three more episodes seen. It is so good!
